What we collect

• Your name and mobile phone number, when you submit the demo form.
• Basic technical & campaign data (page visited, referral/UTM parameters, device/browser info) via cookies and the Meta Pixel.

Why we collect it

• To place the one demo call or WhatsApp message you request.
• To follow up about Zentra MY's services if you ask us to.
• To measure and improve our advertising (aggregated performance).

How we use your number

Your phone number is used only to deliver the demo you asked for and any follow-up you consent to. We do not sell your number, and we do not share it except with the service providers that help us deliver the call/message (e.g. our telephony/WhatsApp and hosting providers), who process it on our behalf.

Cookies & the Meta Pixel

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand ad performance and reach relevant audiences. You can manage cookies in your browser settings and control ad personalisation in your Facebook/Instagram ad settings.

Retention
